Our Referral Program

1. Anyone who registers on Fresound.com can refer friends. Simply provide a valid email address, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and start referring to your friends and family.
2. Self-referral is not allowed. The referred person and the referrer cannot be the same (including the use of the same email address, IP address, or browser session), as determined by FreSound. Please note that manual adjustments, additions, or confirmations of referrals may not be possible if the criteria are not met.

For a referral to be considered valid, the following criteria must be met:
1. The purchase must be made on fresound.com by clicking on the unique refer-a-friend program link provided by Fresound, known as the "Referred Customer."
2. The referrer's unique referral link must not be shared, sold, or used in any other way except for obtaining qualified referrals.
3. Fresound will review the referred order within 30 days. Only orders that meet the above rules and are not returned will be verified. Once the referred purchase is verified, you will receive another email to collect your cash reward.

1. Increase your earnings by inviting more friends to join.
2. Offer codes or promotions provided by FreSound cannot be combined with refer-a-friend program discounts.
3. Each referred friend may use only one referral link. If a referee receives links from multiple fresound.com users, the referrer of the first order made by the referee will receive the reward.
4. Your 20% cashback on referrals applies exclusively to the product's purchase price, excluding taxes, shipping, or any additional fees.

1. When someone makes a purchase using your referral link, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that this confirms the referral order, but the reward is subject to verification by FreSound.
2. FreSound will review the referred order within 30 days to ensure it meets the rules and is not eligible for return.
3. Upon verification of the referred purchase, you will receive an email on how to collect your cash reward.
4. Tiered rewards will be reviewed by FreSound monthly. You will receive an email notification shortly after the review.

1. FreSound retains the right to suspend or terminate the referral program or a user's participation at any time and for any reason.
2. Should FreSound identify any activity it deems abusive, fraudulent, or Terms of Service violations, accounts may be suspended, and referral rewards may be revoked.
3. Fresound conducts thorough reviews and investigations of all referral activities and has the sole discretion to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.
